I worked with Kes Stadler to sell my mother's home in East Cobb after her passing. I live over 5 hours away so there was no way for me to keep an eye out on the property. Kes was the person we counted on during the sale process to insure the home was taken care of. The home was on the market in the fall and there were some very large trees producing a lot of leaf buildup. Kes would take the time to stop by and clear the leaves from the paths into and out of the home. This created a safer and more attractive home for purchase consideration.
